Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatching.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation, depending on your city and delivery location.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order location and weight. 

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Confirmation via SMS or email to monitor your package in real-time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • Please ensure the exact cash amount is available at the time of delivery.

  • Courier riders are instructed to collect full payment before handing over the parcel. If you encounter any issue with the parcel after opening, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries The courier company will make up to 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.
